Time zone
The time zone of printed reports, exported files, and saved results will be displayed in the corresponding local UTC, even if the Company’s users are in different countries or different time zones.
New functions for localization and regional format selection
Once the regional settings are selected, Bionova Cloud is now in charge of automatically performing language and date/time format settings for your region.
Additional localization for the United States
Besides the new regional setting functions, you can also select degrees Fahrenheit to be displayed in the Bionova Cloud web interface and the printed reports.
Interlinked Bionova auto-readers
The tickets printed by the linked auto-readers will also display the incubation temperature in °F. Once the regional settings are selected in Bionova Cloud, the tickets printed by the connected auto-readers will use the same choices for the date, time and temperature units formats.
Important information
In order to access this new functionality, you will need to update your auto-reader’s firmware and the Bionova Cloud Agent Software on your PC after the release of Bionova Cloud new version. This will allow the auto-readers to synchronize with Bionova Cloud correctly.

You can create supervisor users and operator users. Additionally, the Administrator can group users into sectors, manage passwords, and more.
The Administrator user can access all the results, and all the process indicators generated by the company.
Note: The administrator user will be created when you create your company. There can only be one admin user per company.
Supervisor user: The supervisor user has some administration permissions, although more restricted than those of the Administrator user. The supervisor user can create and delete operator users.
The supervisor can access all the results, and all the process indicators generated by user operators in their sector.
Operator user: User who can generate and archive new results in Bionova Cloud. This user does not have Administration privileges. The operator user can only access the results that he has previously loaded into the software.
The Bionova® Cloud Environment will remain serviced and supported if the following criteria are met:
– Service is actively used and engaged by its users.
– Users have the right to use the product or service because of active licensing of any of the Bionova® Cloud environment advanced features.
– The Users stay current as per the servicing and system requirements published for the service. To stay current, a user must accept all servicing updates and apply them within a specific timeframe, as per the licensing and servicing requirements expressed by the software manufacturer.
End of life: Notwithstanding the foregoing, Terragene will provide a minimum of 10 months’ notification prior to ending support if no successor product or service is offered.
