FOR SARS-CoV-2 ANTIGEN

It is a rapid lateral flow assay based on colloidal gold microparticles developed in card format.

It uses specific antibodies for the N protein of SARS-CoV-2 present both in the capture/detection line and in the colloidal gold conjugate.

How does the Sars-CoV-2 test work?

When the concentration of SARS-CoV-2 experiments exceeds the minimum detection level of the test, a purple red pink line appears in the test zone (G and/or M).

To make sure that the detection process was successful , it will show a rose-red line will also appear in area C.
