CD23 / Automatic Record System. Chemical Indicator, double self-adhesive labels printed with reactive ink for Steam sterilization processes.
Chemdye® CD23 double self-adhesive labels have been designed to react to Steam sterilization processes within loads, ensuring an adequate exposure to the sterilizing agent during the sterilization process.
Chemdye® CD23 Indicators have been manufactured with an innovative highly sensitive ink, which was developed to turn from pink to dark brown when the indicator comes into contact with Steam.
Its automatic record system allows control of the cycle by identifying the load, the sterilization date and, eventually, the sterilizer (in case of having more than one). Its self-adhesive properties offer the possibility of sticking it on the load or any other material to be sterilized. Chemdye® CD23 Indicators have been specially designed to adhere on non-woven wrappings, medical grade paper, polyester and polypropylene.
