Terragene and Droguería Comarsa concluded their participation in the 26th Argentine Congress of Hospital Pharmacy, held from September 30 to October 2, 2026, at Hotel Alejandro I in Salta, Argentina. Across Stands 2 and 3, the teams welcomed healthcare professionals interested in learning more about sterilization monitoring and hygiene control solutions for healthcare environments.
The congress provided a setting for face-to-face discussions, product demonstrations, and technical exchanges focused on the challenges faced by hospital pharmacies, central sterile services departments, and infection prevention teams.

- Chemdye® and Bionova® hygiene monitoring solutions: The PRO1 MICRO Hygiene Monitoring Pen and MiniPro Auto-Reader illustrated an approach to detecting residual surface proteins after cleaning, with automated readings and printed results.
- Hydrogen peroxide sterilization monitoring: The PCD98 and Bionova® Hyper Auto-Reader Incubator showcased a solution for monitoring H₂O₂ sterilization processes.
- Rapid and super-rapid biological indicators: These solutions highlighted approaches to obtaining faster biological monitoring results across applicable sterilization processes.
The live demonstrations gave attendees the opportunity to see the equipment in operation and discuss how monitoring technologies can contribute to process control, documentation, and quality assurance in healthcare settings.
